烟气轮机热态机械运转试验监测系统的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Monitoring System for Hot-state Pilot Running of Flue Gas Turbines

中国石油兰州石化公司为满足烟气轮机出厂检验要求,建立了烟气轮机热态机械运转试验状态监测系统。介绍了状态监测系统的总体设计方案,分析了试验台硬件的选型配置和机构运转试验采集点分布设计。状态监测系统建成后,已完成20余种烟气轮机试验,为产品出厂提供了质量保证。

In order to meet the requirements for factory-gate quality checkup of flue gas turbines,PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company has set up a monitoring system for the hot-state pilot operation of flue gas turbines.This paper describes the master design of this monitoring system,the selection of hardware for the test bed and the layout of experimental data acquisition points of the test.Since the establishment of this monitoring system ,more than 20 flue gas turbine tests have been conducted.This system has contributed greatly to the company＇s quality control effort.
