摘要
对中国石化安庆分公司催化裂化装置三机组烟气轮机组在MIP技术改造后的运行状况进行分析,总结出影响烟机能量回收的因素,并提出了通过采取优化烟机操作、增加入口烟气量、减少烟气管道温度损失以及对辅助系统进行改造等措施,来提高烟机运行效率的方案。
This article describes the performance of the flue gas turbines of a catalytic cracking unit in SINOPEC Anqing Company after an MIP technical upgrade and analyzes the factors affecting the energy recovery of the flue gas turbines.It also proposes a series of measures to raise the efficiency of the flue gas turbines including optimizing the operation of the turbines, increasing the volume of flue gas at the inlet ,reducing the temperature loss for the flue gas pipe and upgrading the supporting system.
