介绍了中国石油前郭石化公司100×104t/a重油催化裂化装置烟气轮机在运行中出现的结垢问题,分析了结垢原因,包括降烯烃催化剂的使用、烟气中催化剂粉尘的存在、反再系统操作波动和烧焦效果不好,并给出了应对措施和处理方法。
This article mainly analyzes the causes of the scale buildup in the flue gas turbine of a 100×10^4t/a heavy catalytic cracking unit in PetroChina Qianguo Petrochemical Company.The article attributes the scale buildup to the use of catalysts for reducing olefin content,the existence of catalyst soot in the flue gas,the fluctuation of the reaction reproduction system and bad charring results.It also recommends some countermeasures.
