摘要 介绍了中国石化镇海炼化分公司的300×104t/a催化裂化联合装置的三机组参数及运行情况,从机组效率、机组机械性能、机组的完全控制能力和工艺参数等方面分析了机组未发电的原因。机组改造后,优化了主风机出口到烟机入口线路压降、防喘振裕度、烟机出口背压等参数,实现了持续发电,最大发电功率达800kW,平均为500kW。 This article describes the parameters and performance of the three-component assembling unit (blower fan+flue gas turbine+generator) of a 300×10^4t/a catalytic cracker in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company.It analyzes the reasons why the unit has failed to produce electricity by examining the unit's efficiency,mechanical properties,full control ability and technical parameters.Through an upgrade,the pressure drawdown at the pipeline between the outlet of the main blower fan and the inlet of the flue gas turbine,anti-surge tolerance and the back pressure at the outlet of the flue gas turbine were optimized and sustained power generation was achieved.The maximum power of the generator reached 800kW and the average power was 500kW.
