齐鲁石化烟气轮机机组振动原因分析

摘要 介绍了齐鲁石化烟气轮机机组的构造及工艺设计条件,并针对烟机机组运行中最常见的振动问题进行了分析。经分析,引起振动问题的故障类型主要有动不平衡、机组转子不对中及热变形、动静磨擦3种。分析了每种故障出现的原因、对该故障的监测与诊断结果及处理方法,并列举了相应案例。结果表明,利用信息收集—分析判断—推理—验证的反复循环的故障诊断方法,可提高故障诊断精确度,从而确保机组的安全、长周期运行。 This article describes the conditions for designing the structure and process of the flue gas turbines in SINOPEC Qilu Company and analyzes the vibration problems that are common to flue gas turbines. The article attributes the vibration to the imbalance of moving blades ,the misalignment and thermal deformation of rotors of the turbines or the attrition between moving and stationary parts and analyzes the causes of each type of failure.The article also describes the monitoring,diagnosis and treatment of each failure and presents an example for each case.Case study shows that the Information Acquisition-Diagnosis-Inference-Validation cyclic trouble-shooting method can increase the accuracy of trouble diagnosis,thereby ensuring a lone and safe service life of the flue gas turbines.
