摘要
铁路现行工资制度——岗位技能工资制,已表现出对铁路企业生产经营状况及宏观经济背景变化的诸多不适应。铁路企业内部分配制度应立足于建立以岗位为主的基本工资制度,即实行"岗效制":生产阶层职工的工资与业务素质、工作效率挂钩;管理阶层职工的工资按职责和贡献与业务素质、岗位绩效挂钩。建立符合铁路企业实际的工资激励和约束机制。
Railway present wage system-post skill wage system has show that has much of maladjustment facing railway corporation production management situation and macro-economic background changes. Railway corporation inner distribution system should be built on basic wage system according to post, which is post effect system. At the stage of the production, workers wages connect with profession quality and work efficiency; staff wage of management connect with profession quality and post efficiency according by duties and contributions. Setting up wage encouragement and constraint system should be in keeping with the railway corporation reality.
