胰岛素抵抗与2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝关系的研究

Analysis of relationship of insulin resistance with T2DM complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

研究胰岛素抵抗与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的关系,发现T2DM伴有脂肪肝组BMI、WHR、TC、TG、血尿酸、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶和HOMA-IR较T2DM不伴脂肪肝组升高(P均<0.01);Logistic回归分析表明,HOMA-IR、TC、TG、WHR是NAFL形成的独立危险因素。

The relationship of insulin resistance with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease complicated with type 2 diabetes was studied. The results showed that patients with type 2 diabetes plus nonalcoholic fatty liver（n= 75） had markedly higher levels of body mass index, waist to hip ratio, total cholesterol, triglyceride,hyperuricemia and HOMA-IR than patients with type 2 diabetes without nonalcoholic fatty live （n=54） （P〈 0.01）. Logistic regression analysis showed that HOMA-IR, TC, TG, WHR were the independent risk factors for developing nonalcoholic fatty liver.
