三种常用激光治疗红色纹身的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的为选择激光去除红色皮肤纹身的有效的波长和治疗参数。方法以15只新西兰白兔针刺法建立红色纹身动物模型,以1064nm、755nm、532nm三种常用激光治疗四个疗程后进行疗效评估。结果1)纹身颜色对波长有选择性,532nm激光治疗红色纹身效果最好,并与其它两种激光有显著差异(P<0.01)。2)三种激光治疗合适颜色的纹身时,疗效均随能量密度的增高有显著差异,但与频率无关。结论合理选择波长和治疗参数可有效去除纹身而不留疤痕,激光治疗纹身需要多次治疗。 Objective To find the index for selecting effective wave length and treatment parameter of laser to remove red tattooing of skin. Methods To establish New Zealand rabbit red tattooing of skin animal model by the method of acupuncture. By using1064nm 755nm and 532nm general laser treatment during 4 courses of treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results 1)Tattooing color choose the wave length. 532nm laser treatment group have the best therapeutic effect had significant difference compared with the other two groups (P 〈 0. 01). 2)Three kinds of general laser to remove suitable tattoo had significant difference following the increase of energy density, however, had no correlation with the frequency. Conclusions Chosen suitable wave length and treatment parameter could remove tattoo effectively without scar. Laser therapy needs multiple treatments.
