高校档案数字化是档案发展的必由之路,是时代的要求。但目前办公自动化系统与档案管理系统不兼容以及电子文件的不安全等因素,制约了其发展。实现信息共享,建立横向通道,衔接办公系统,建立专职队伍,才是高校档案发展的必然途径。

The digital construction of university archives is the only way of archives development nowadays and of the times need. However, many factors have restricted the development of university archives digital con- struction, which include the incompatibility of office automation system, archives administration system , the insecurity of electronic document and so on. Therefore, sharing resources, building up a transverse （horizontal ） passage, linking up the official system and constructing a professional team become very necessary for the development of universtiy archives.
