摘要
对我国西南地区中职教师压力源调查结果表明,西南地区中职教师群体10个最大的压力源为:担心学生安全、招生困难、报酬少/养老问题、学生难管理、害怕生病、睡眠不足、每天要做的事太多太累、工作时间太长、上级不信任/检查太多、工作岗位竞争。分析发现,教师应对职业压力要重视自我调适。一是建立和完善防御体系,化消极为积极;二是正视和分析压力情境,变被动为主动;三是采取积极的自我心理调适方法,转压力为动力。
Investigation on pressure origin of secondary vocational school teachers show that, the most ten largest pressure of secondary vocational school teachers in southwest region are: worrying out students' safety, difficulty of enrolling new students, low salary and aging life, difficulty of managing students, fearing ill, lack of sleep, competitiveness of posts, eet. Analyzing show that, in order to confront with pressure, teachers should pay attention to self-adjustment, firstly, building and optimizing defending system and changing negativity into positivity; secondly, envisaging and analyzing pressure situation and changing passiveness into initiative; thirdly, adopting positive self-adjustment methods and transforming pressure into motivity.
