摘要
实践社区普遍存在于各种组织之中,主要是一个合作学习的过程。作为学习型社区,实践社区为利益相关者提供了提高专业水平的环境,可分为"核心组"、"积极组"和"外围组"三个主要层次。鉴于隐性知识与显性知识是可以相互转化的,可通过实践社区实现企业员工隐性知识显性化。
Practice community exists in various organizations and it is a cooperative learning process. As learning community, practice community provided environment for enhancing specialty level for stakeholders, which can divided into core team, positive team and periphery team. Given that latent knowledge and apparent knowledge can be transformed mutually, the latent knowledge of enterprise's staff can become dominance through practice community.
