不同病原学检查方法对蠕形螨检查效果的探讨

Analysis of different effects in demodex diagnosis with different methods of pathology

目的:探讨与分析不同病原学检查方法对蠕形螨的检查效果,寻求操作简便、检出率高、质量可靠,又能适用于医院门诊患者及流行病学调查的一种蠕形螨检查方法。方法:应用挤压刮取涂片法、透明胶纸粘贴法、刮脂法、眼睫毛检查等4种方法对同一人群进行蠕形螨检查。结果:4种方法检查蠕形螨阳性率分别为38.88%、26.57%、7.75%和18.47%,提示挤压刮取涂片法检出率高于其他3种检查法,差异有统计学意义(χ2=257.11,P<0.01),4种检查方法的检出率均显示女生高于男生,差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.52、10.36、4.79和11.00,P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:挤压刮取涂片法检出率高于透明胶纸粘贴法和刮脂法及眼睫毛检查法。

Objective： To compare four different methods for pathogenic diagnosis of demodex mite in order to explore a simple, effective and reliable way that can be applied to epidemiological investigation and hospital outpatients. Methods： Four methods were used to deteet demodex mite infection in the same group of people. Results：The infection rate of demodex was 38.88%, 26.57%, 7.75% and 18.47%, respectively by squeezing method, cellophane tape method, scraping method and examining plucked eyelashes, and the detection rate by the squeezing method was higher than that of the other 3 methods, which was of statistical differences （χ^2=257.11 ,P〈0.01）. Besides, the detection rates of the female was higher than that of male in the four methods, which was of statistical differences （χ^2= 33.52, 10.36, 4.79 and 11.00, respectively in the four above-mentioned methods（P〈0. 01 and P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The detection rate of demodex is the highest by Squeezing method.
