四种抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响

A comparative study of glucose metabolism with atypical antipsychotics in schizophrenics patients

目的:探讨四种非典型抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响。方法:将360例精神分裂症患者随机分成四组,测定单药治疗前后8周空腹血糖和血清胰岛素及餐后2h血糖和血清胰岛素。结果:利培酮、喹硫平、阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮对糖代谢均有影响。其中喹硫平对餐后2h胰岛素影响最大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:非典型抗精神病药物中利培酮、喹硫平、阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮对糖代谢均有影响。

Objective： To study the influence of four atypical antipsychotics on glucose metabolism in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Methods： Three hundred and sixty schizophrenic inpatients were divided into risperidone group or quetiapine group or aripiprazole group or ziprasidone group randomly, and then received only using drugs. Before and after treatments for 8 week, the fasting and the time-points of land 2 hour blood glucose, insulin were measured. Results： All of risperidone, quetiapine, aripiprazole and ziprasidone effected on the glucose metabolism, the time-points of land 2 hour insulin changed significantly after using quetiapine （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Atypical antipsychotics effected on glucose metabolism in schizophrenics.
