电针百会、三阴交对睡眠剥夺大鼠体重的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨电针对睡眠剥夺大鼠的体重的影响,观察针灸的抗睡眠剥夺作用。方法:健康SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组(简称正常组)10只,模型对照组(简称模型组)10只,电针加模型组(简称电针组)10只3组,正常组采用大平台法造模;模型组采用小平台法造模,电针组造模同模型组,给予每日1次的电针治疗。3组每日进行体重的测定。结果:电针对睡眠剥夺大鼠体重有一定的升高作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of REM1 sleep deprivation on weights to investigate the efficacy of application of Electroacupuncture for treating sleep deprivation. Methods:Thirty healthy SD rats randomly allocated to three groups. The rats of model group and Electro-treatment group were induced in male rats by housing them on small platforms overwater, normalcontrol group rats was on big platforms overwater. After Electro-treatment for Electro-treatment groups, the weight was measured. Resuhs: Electro-acupuncture treatment can add the weight of sleep deprivation rats.
