牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素急性肺损伤水通道蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素急性肺损伤纤维化水通道蛋白表达的影响。方法:静脉注射内毒素1.5 mg/kg、腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖100 mg/kg造成内毒素休克模型,用牛珀至宝微丸干预处理,HE染色观察肺损伤,Van Gieson法染色检测肺胶原纤维表达,免疫组化染色观察AQP-1和AQP-5表达。结果:内毒素造成严重的急性肺损伤,肺组织胶原纤维染色显著增强,AQP-1和AQP-5表达减弱;牛珀至宝微丸能减轻急性肺损伤及肺组织胶原纤维表达,并能提高AQP-1和AQP-5表达。结论:牛珀至宝微丸能减轻内毒素急性肺损伤和纤维化的机理可能与调节AQP-1和AQP-5表达相关。 Objective : To observe the effect of Niupozhibao(NPZB) pellet on the expression of aquapofins in LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI). Methods:LPS-induced shock models were established by applying the intravenous LPS 1.5 mg/kg and the intraperitoneal D-Galn 100mg/kg, and it was intervened with NPZB pellet. Then the lung injury was observed with HE staining, the pulmonary collagen fibers expression was detected with Van Gieson staining,and the expression of AQP-1 and AQP-5 was surveyed by immunohistochemical staining. Results:LPS induced severe ALI, the staining of collagen fibers in lung tissues increases dramatically, and the expression of AQP-1 and AQP-5 decreased. NPZB pellet lessened ALI and the expression of collagen fibers in lung tissues, and improve the expression of AQP-1 and AQP-5. Conclusion:The effect of NPZB pellet on LPS-induced ALI and fibrosis might be related to the regulation of AQP-1 and AQP-5 expression.
