摘要
本文阐明了避碰操纵的计算方法的使用。该计算方法不仅包含某一预先操纵开始的最后瞬间,而且也包含行程变化的大小和直至预计(与其他航行中船舶)相遇(的)最近点的时间。该方法的优点之一是开发了凭经验和直觉不易发现的简单而有效的操纵;另一优点是有了借助于一台计算机确定操纵的可能性,从而给避碰操纵工作指明了方向和排除了人的错误判断。
The paper explains the use of a calculation method of collision avoidance manoeuvres. The calculation includes not only the latest moment for the beginning of a certain pre-chosen manoeuvre .but also the magnitude of the course change and the time up to the closest point of approach. one advantage of the method is the disclosure of simple but effective manoeuvres not readily discoverable by experience or intuition. Another advantage is the possibility to determine the manoeuvre with the aid of a computer,thus lightening the work and eliminating human misjudgements.
