摘要
在克拉玛依油田,有时压裂混砂车没有比例泵,需依靠人工计量液罐中的液位高度,利用单位高度容积的变化了解交联液的泵入排量以此匹配总排量。以Φ2.95m液罐为例,介绍了数据收集、模型建立、方程求解及结果的获得,给出了实用的液罐单位高度上的容积计算方法。该方法为类似的液罐计算提供了有益的借鉴。
Sometimes,because of fracturing blender vehicle without proportioning pump,liquid level of fluid container is needed measured by manmade to understand the pumped volume of crosslinked liquid is to match total rate in Kelamayi oilfield by using volume at unit depth.Taking one fluid container with Φ2.95m as an example,collecting data,establishing model,solving equation and acquiring solution are introduced,and the practical method about calculating unit volume of fluid container is given,which provides a beneficial references for similar calculating in fluid container to directed construction.
