摘要
介绍了大型乙烯项目概况及建设要求,阐述了设备质量管理的核心内容:控制设计、采购质量,消除先天不足;加强制造过程监控,消除制造缺陷;严格到货验收及不合格品处理程序,控制设备材料入场质量;重点抓好施工阶段设备安装、调试质量,实现工程质量的全面过程控制。
This paper introduces the outline and con- struction requirements of large-scale ethylene project and describes the cores of quality control of equipment, such as controlling design quality and procurement qual- ity to eliminate insufficiencies in design and procure- ment,enhancing manufacture process control to elimi- nate manufacturing defects,strictly controlling the ac- ceptance of delivered equipment and disposal program for off-spec goods to control the quality of equipment and materials at entry,and focusing on installation and test run quality of equipment during construction to real- ize overall process control of project quality.
