摘要
介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司聚乙烯厂700 kt/a 乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生系统的运行情况及存在的问题,对影响稀释蒸汽品质的原因进行深入细致的分析,并通过优化操作等措施,使乙烯装置的稀释蒸汽品质得到了提高,对延长裂解炉运行周期、保护裂解炉炉管及稳定生产、节能减排都有积极的作用。
This paper introduces the operation and problems in the dilution steam system in 700 kt/a Ethy- lene Plant at Jilin Petrochemical Co.,analyses in detail the factors affecting dilution steam quality,and im- proves the dilution steam quality by optimizing the oper- ation.It is beneficial for prolonging the operation cycle of cracking furnace,protecting furnace tube,and achieving stable operation and energy saving and pollu- tion reduction.
