叙述了稀释蒸汽发生系统的一些常见问题,主要包括稀释蒸汽发生器的结垢与堵塞、腐蚀与泄漏;工艺水排污量大;稀释蒸汽带液等。结合问题产生的原因,提出了相应的解决措施。
Some problems in dilution steam generation system are discussed,including scaling,plugging,cor- rosion and leakage of dilution steam generator,large pollutant discharge of process water and liquid entrain- ment in diluted steam.Corresponding measures are pro- posed in light of the reasons for these problems.
