摘要
锰是植物生长所必需的微量元素,对作物的生长发育、产量和品质都有明显影响,其在植物氮代谢中所起的关键作用是产生这些影响的生理学原因之一。前人对这一领域的研究有些获得了长足进展,但也存在诸多空白。本文对锰对大豆氮代谢过程中主要相关酶(硝酸还原酶NR、谷氨酰胺合成酶GS、谷氨酸脱氢酶GDH)的作用机理及锰水平对其活性影响的最新研究进展进行了综述。
Manganese is an essential microelement of plants growing, having obvious effect on the growth,yield quality of the crops. The nitrogen metabolism in plants which having these effects plays a key role is one of the physiological reasons. The results which predecessors have researched shows that, some researches in this domain have obtaining progresses, but also exists lots of blanks. In this article, manganese on soybean nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes (NR,GS,GDH)in the process of the main mechanism of manganese and its levels of activity of the latest research are reviewed.
