摘要
为使油田地面仪器辅助系统运行可靠,操作直观、简便,系统应包括直流电源和综合控制箱等,以使系统具有直流电源给井下仪器自动供电,综合控制箱实现内外缆芯的切换、仪器信号截取、供电通道的选择和强电的隔离等功能。基于以上这些考虑,采用ADuC812芯片设计了油田地面仪器的程控辅助系统。该系统采用主从式通讯方式,上位机作为主机,程控直流电源和综合控制箱作为从机,主机和从机之间通过标准的RS-232接口实现双向串口通讯。
In order to make oil field equipment on the ground support system run reliable, intuitive operation and simple, the system should include a Dc power supply and control boxes, and so on. DC power supply can automatically mine equipment, integrated control box can achieve both within and outside the core of the cable switch, the interception of signal equipment, power channel and the choice of strong electric isolation, and other functions. Using ADuC812 chip,a program-controlled oil field equipment on the ground support system was designed based on these considerations. The system uses master-slave communication ,PC as a host, program-controlled DC power and integrated control box as a slave, the master and slave through the standard RS-232 serial interface to realize two-way communication.
