摘要
本文对我国近二十年船舶交通管理系统（ＶＴＳ）的建设进行系统的工程后评价，较全面地介绍了我国ＶＴＳ工程建设的基本情况。从工程的规划，功能和技术水平，及所取得的效益进行分析，评价我国ＶＴＳ事业的发展前景，并找出主要经验与今后应注意的问题。
The systematical project post evaluation of VTSs established in recent 20 years in China is described in this paper. An analysis of the projects is done from the planning of projects, performance and technical level and benefits obtained. The developmental prospects of VTSs in China are evaluated and the principal experiences and lessons are found.
