摘要
本文从船舶柴油机燃烧室的散热计算出发,系统地分析了在不同的负荷和环境条件下气缸壁内表面温度的变化;研究了采用柴油机变流量冷却方式对缸壁表面温度的影响并进行了定量计算;分析讨论了变流量冷却对船舶柴油机其他特性的影响。
Cooling of the combustion chamber of a marine diesel engine is necessary and important. The design and construction of a cooling system have effect on the performance and maintenance of the engine. The heat loss of the engine at different operating conditions is studied. The temperature of the cylinder surface is analyzed according to the heat loss. The concept of the cooling system with variable flow of water is illustrated. The effect of such a system on the engine performance and cylinder temperature is systematically studied.
