摘要
针对小型气动搬运机械手控制与远程监控系统问题,采用AT89S51单片机为核心设计下位机控制与通信系统,采用vc++及OpenGL图形软件设计上位控制系统,实现了控制要求。介绍了控制系统组成,阐述了控制系统设计方法。实践表明,上位机界面友好、简捷,数据传输准确、可靠,远程控制安全、稳定。
Based on remote control of pneumatic manipulator, the remote control and communication system of manipulator is achieved by using AT89S51, VC++ and OpenGL. And the system illustrate the effectiveness of the method. In this paper, the elements of control system is introduced, the design method of control system is expounded. The fact improve that the computer interface is friendly and neat, the data is transmitted correctly and reliably, and the remote control is safely and stably.
