企业顾客投诉的管理对策 被引量:1

摘要 投诉是顾客因不满而向提供产品或服务的企业采取的一种对抗方式。正确认识和处理顾客投诉,企业不但可以重新获得商机,而且可以提高企业的新产品的信誉,赢得顾客的满意和忠诚,对企业有着特别重要的意义。本文分析了顾客投诉的原因。
