高效液相色谱法测定复方蛇床酊中蛇床子素的含量

Determination of Osthol in Compound Shechuang Tincture by HPLC

目的建立复方蛇床酊中蛇床子素含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速为1.0mL/min;测定波长为322nm;柱温为室温。结果蛇床子素在0.018～0.126μg范围与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.55%,RSD=1.45%。结论该方法操作简便快速、准确可靠,可用于复方蛇床酊中蛇床子素含量的测定。

Objective To establish the determination method for osthol in Compound Shechuang Tincture Methods Hypersil ODS column was used and methanol-water （70 ： 30） was used as a mobile phase. The flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min and the detection wave-length was at 322 nm. Results Osthol had a good linear relationship between 0.018 -0.126μg （r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 98.55% and RSD was 1.45%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be applied to determining osthol in Compound Shechuang Tincture.
