本文根据地方应用型院校学生的特点,在大众化应用型和复合型人才培养模式的基础上,以电气信息类专业为研究对象,依托"学导制度"和课外科技活动,构建了能发挥个性、特长的地方院校本科生科技创新人才培养体系,探索了大众化教育阶段分层次培养的模式。

According to the trait of student in college, base on the mode of application and complex, the talent fostered system of science and technology is constructed, a layered mode of talent fostered is explored and a bridge of investigative talent fostered is build.
