Conception of Position Construction of College Student Counselor

本文通过对辅导工作性质、工作内容及工作中存在的实际问题进行分析,并结合高校人事制度改革的精神,对辅导员岗位建设内容与措施进行了论述。

Through analyzing the nature, content and the existent practical problems of counselor work, this paper discussed the contents and measures of counselor position construction according to the spirit of college personnel system reform.
