教学秘书工作是高校工作的一个重要环节,是连接教务工作与教学工作的桥梁和纽带。同时,教学秘书承担着本院系的教学管理和组织工作。因此,必须建立一支高素质的教学秘书队伍,提高工作效率。
Teaching secretary work is an important link in college work, and it is the bridge and tie between educational administration work and teaching work.
