中药和天然药物靶向制剂研究现状和展望

Advances and prospect in the research on targeted preparations of traditional chinese medicine and natural drugs

靶向制剂可以提高靶组织的药理作用强度和降低全身的不良反应，是一种比较理想的给药方式。中药和天然药物靶向制剂的研究在我国已经开始。本文对中药和天然药物靶向制剂研究进行了综述，得知中药新剂型和新技术的开展是中药国际化的关键，需要开展多学科合作，靶向制剂是中药今后发展的一个重要课题。

Targeted Preparation is a good way of administration, because it make the pharmacologic action stronger in target tissue and make the systematic adverse effect lower. Study about targeted preparations of traditional Chinese medicine and natural drugs have already begun in China. This paper overview the studies about targeted preparations of traditional Chinese medicine and natural drugs, and learn that the new dosage form and new technology of traditional Chinese medicine and new technology is the key to the internation-alization of traditional Chinese medicine. Multi disciplinary cooperation is needed. In the future, targeted preparation is an important topic of the development in traditional Chinese medicine.
