摘要
年青编辑作为期刊社的新生力量,是期刊社的未来和希望,其素质的高低决定了期刊社的兴衰,因此,提高年青编辑综合素质,使其早日成为复合型人才是期刊社长盛不衰的重要保证,这也是期刊社持续发展的时代要求和战略选择。要提高年青编辑的综合素质,使其早日成才,除年青编辑本人勤恳敬业、不断学习、开拓创新外,期刊社应根据实际情况,建立切实可行的培养机制,采取行之有效的措施,如建立良好的培养机制、科学的激励机制、继续教育培训机制、竞争-淘汰机制、内部岗位轮换制等,给他们营造一个良好的成才环境。
Being renascence strength of editorial department of journal, young editors mean future and hope. Their diatheses are closely linked with the foreground of editorial department. The improvement of their comprehensive ability is not only important to the thrive of periodical agency, but also imperative to the strategic selection. In order to improve comprehensive diathesis, young editors must work and study hard, and editorial department of journal must stipulate for feasible rules and take effective measures such as training, scientific inspiration, continued education, interior quarters' exchanges.
