民族关系评价指标体系构建及监测预警机制研究

The Construction of the Evaluating Indicator System Concerning Nationality Relationship and the Study of Detection and Early Warning Mechanism

针对我国民族关系的复杂性和重要性,本文就民族关系评价指标体系构建及预警机制进行了研究:围绕政治、经济、文化、社会和宗教五个方面的因素,建立一套多层次的民族关系评价指标体系,提出了以民族关系评价指标体系为基础的民族关系监测预警机制;应用信息组织的相关方法,建立民族关系监测信息的采集模型和处理模型,保证监测评价过程的信息畅通;应用层次分析法得出各评价指标的权重因子,进而得到民族关系和谐度指数。

In the light of the complexity and importance of Chinese nationality relationship,this paper explores the construction of the evaluating indicator system concerning nationality relationship and early warning mechanism.The system has five respects,that is,political,economic,cultural,social,religious dimension and it is a multi-level system.On the basis of the system,a detection and early warning mechanism is constructed.The model of collecting and resolving information using the information organization method ensures the fluent information.Using analytical hierarchy process,we get weight factors of the evaluating indexes.Then we get the harmonious degree index concerning nationality relationship.
