摘要
分析了目前广泛使用的粉煤灰陶粒制备工艺的特点,结合真空挤压原理,提出了一种新的免烧型粉煤灰陶粒的生产方法——真空挤压生产粉煤灰陶粒,分析了其成型原理,制订了实验方案,分析了其优越性。
The advantages and disadvantages of preparation of flyash ceramisite being now widely used were analyed. The principle of vacuum extrusion was considered. At last the production method of a new kind of non-sintering flyash ceramisite was that called the vacuum extrusion for production of flyash ceramisite. The forming principles and superiority were analyed. The experiment programme was formulated .
