摘要
针对轮形铸钢件,用数值模拟的方法,计算并对比分析了两种铸造工艺方案下铸件的凝固过程,根据液相分布的动态过程,比较了不同工艺方案下铸件的缩孔分布及工艺出品率,为该件的生产奠定了基础。
Based on the CAE technology, the solidification processes of cricoid steel casting were simulated and analyzed at different conditions. The distribution of shrinkage porosity and yield rate were compared according to the dynamic process of liquid distribution, thus laid a foundation for the production of the casting.
