摘要
采用超声波化学镀法对PS微球包覆Ni-P合金磁性镀层,工艺条件为:硫酸镍NiSO4.6H2O,40g/L;次亚磷酸钠NaH2PO2.H2O,25g/L;柠檬酸钠Na3C6H5O7.2H2O,50g/L,pH:10。采用XRD、SEM、DSC、VSM分析镀层结构、形貌以及磁性。结果表明,在超声波作用下,在PS微球表面Ni-P镀层沉积均匀,结合紧密,表面光滑;微球的饱和磁化强度为2.348A/m,在磁场中所受力大于重力,能满足悬浮要求。
The ultrasonic electroless plating method was used to prepare the PS microspheres with Ni-P magnetic layers. The processl parameters are that NiSO4 · 6H2O, NaH2PO2, sodium citrate and pH value are 40 g/L, 25 g/L, 50 g/L and 10, respectively, XRD, SEM, DSC and VSM are used to analyze the structure, the morphology and magnetic properties of as-prepared samples. The results show that the Ni-P deposition is well-distributed , bonded well and smooth; magnetic saturation is 2. 348 A/m, which can bear gravitation, thus can satisfy suspenision in magnetic field.
