摘要
目的:检验一种牙科治疗台管腔防止回吸污染装置(专利号:ZL200620019517.6)的有效性。方法:由四川大学口腔医院医学生物工程实验室按照有关标准,对有防回吸装置的实验组(A组)和无防回吸装置的对照组(B组)的综合治疗台输水气管道进行细菌学实验,并对2组细菌检出情况进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的所有采集部位均未检出细菌,而对照组的驱动气流管、冷却水流管、回气管和喷出液均检出变异链球菌。结论:牙科治疗台经过防回吸装置改造后,具有防止牙科高速涡轮手机回吸污染的作用。
Objective: To evaluate efficiency of a certain apparatus of anti-backsiphon whose patent number is ZL200620019517 for pipes of dental chair. Methods: According to the relative standards, the bacterial experiment including experimental group ( with apparatus of anti- backsiphon) and control group ( without apparatus of anti- backsi- phon) were carried out at medical biological engineering lab of Sichuan university. The data of the two groups was compared by statistical analysis. Results: There was no bacteria in all groups. In control, Streptococcus mutans can be observed in pipe for air driving, pipe for water cooling, pipe for air returning and spurting liquid, there was a statisti- cal significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Dental chair with apparatus of anti-backsiphon can prevent dental turbine handpiece from being polluted by backsiphon.
