横纹肌样脑膜瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断 被引量：6

摘要 横纹肌样脑膜瘤（Rhabdoid meningioma，RM）是脑膜瘤的一种特殊类型，病理改变以大量横纹肌样肿瘤细胞伴或不伴有脑膜瘤形态为特点。由于该病很少见，且组织形态与多个肿瘤相似，因而易导致误诊和漏诊。现结合我科诊断的1例病例及文献对该病病理特点、免疫表型等进行分析。
