摘要
目前钢制室内散热器大多采用冷加工变形之后的低碳钢进行焊接连接。由于熔焊温度高,导致低碳钢接头组织和性能变化较大,降低了接头强度和耐蚀性。文中采用钎焊代替熔焊,并用紫铜钎料,实现了08钢炉中钎焊连接。试验结果表明,08钢炉中钎焊最佳工艺参数是:钎焊温度为1 100~1 150℃;钎焊保温时间为5~8min;钎缝间隙为0.03~0.05 mm。从而为紫铜作钎料进行低碳钢钎焊工艺提供依据。
Currently,most of the steel indoor radiators are made of low-carbon steel which are welded after cold deformation.Fusion welding has high temperature,which makes low-carbon steel structure and performance change largely,and reduces the joint strength and corrosion resistance. Therefore,brazing was used to replace the fusion welding in the welding production of low-carbon steel.08 steel parts were brazed in a furnace using red copper as brazing filler metal.The results of tests show that the best technical parameters are as follow:brazing temperature; 1 100-1 150℃;holding time;5-8 min;joint clearance;0.03-0.05 mm.This is a basic research of brazing low carbon steel with red copper.
