DNA依赖蛋白激酶在DNA损伤修复中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 各种损伤因素如紫外线、天然的或者人造的各种致突变化合物、离子辐射及其体内生物代谢过程产生的活性氧自由基等,均有可能引发染色体和线粒体基因组DNA多种类型的结构损伤(单、双链断裂,碱基修饰,DNA分子链间或DNA一蛋白质分子间化学交联等),基因组拷贝数改变,或表达调控障碍。DNA双链断裂(DNA double-strand breaks,DSBs)是真核基因组后果最严重的损伤类型之一。
