目的：测定卡马西平血药浓度。方法：使用荧光免疫法进行测定。结果：１３０例卡马西平血药浓度测定结果及监测用药的个别典型病例。

The pleasma concentration of carbamazepine was measured by fluorescence immunoassay.The results of 130 patients treated with carbamazepine are reported with typical cases in detail.The study indicated that it is important for epileptic patients to monitor the plasma concentration of carbamazepine.
