摘要
针对氯化法钛白粉生产过程中,产生大量沸腾氯化渣,直接堆放造成环境污染严重的问题。采用水溶方法,使其中氯化物尽可能地溶解在水中,经过滤,从滤渣中提取有用物质,剩下的固体废渣送往渣场,从而降低其对环境的污染。通过考查富钛料沸腾氯化渣的溶解性能,结果表明:pH=1、液固比4:1、反应时间30 min、温度为室温(约20℃)是最适宜的溶解条件,在此条件下沸腾氯化渣主要的金属离子去除率可达90%以上。
In allusion to the process of titanium white powder produced by chloride giving rise to a large number of fluidizing chlorination slag , which will cause the serious environmental problems if it was directly stacked. We will introduce a new kind of water-soluble way , by which chloride is dissolved in water as much as possible and we can gain some useful matters through filtering, at last, the remain solid waste residue will be sent to the landfill residue, then environmental pollution decreased. The solution properties of fluidizing chlorination slag for titanium-rich material were researched , the results showed that the optimum solution conditions are pH = 1, liquid-solid ratio 4: 1, the reaction time 30 min, room temperature (about 20 ℃ ), On this condition , the main removal of metal ions of this boiling chlorination slag is over 90 percent.
