摘要
介绍了一种应用于数控钣金加工中相贯线的展开算法,使复杂的三维相贯线变成了二维曲线,利用直线逼近曲线的方法进行数控编程,实现了数控技术对复杂曲线的加工,为类似的数控加工拓展了一种思路。
A spreading algorithm of intersecting line applied to the numerical control sheet-metal working is introduced to make the complicate 3-D intersecting line become 2-D curve. Using a linear approximation curve method, the numerical control is programmed to realize the complicated curve machining with numerical control technology, which expands a thought for the similar numerical control machining.
