过氧化氢复方消毒剂杀灭微生物效果的实验观察

过氧化氢复方消毒剂含９％过氧化氢。用其２％溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌与枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用１０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均可达１００％；其５％溶液对ＨＢｓＡｇ作用３ｍｉｎ，可将抗原性破坏。用其２％溶液擦拭台面３遍，可将自然菌灭除９９３６％。
