摘要
研制了1种新型无渣铁粉堆焊焊条,该焊条药皮中不加入任何起稳弧、造渣、造气等作用的矿石粉,而加入大量铁粉(占药皮质量的62%)、并优化焊条的合金系统,对焊条进行工艺性能试验、扫描电镜、抗裂性,磨粒磨损等试验,系统地研究了焊条药皮组分对堆焊层硬度的影响、焊条的工艺性能、抗裂性、耐磨性。结果表明焊条不仅具有良好的工艺性能,而且使焊条的熔化系数、熔敷系数、焊条收得率大大提高,堆焊金属具有很高的硬度,良好的耐磨性。
A special surfacing electrode with high efficiency and non-slag is developed. Adding no ore powder which uses for stabling arc, building of slag and creating gas in the coat, but to add large quantity of iron powder (about 62% of the coat quality), and optimize the alloy system of the rod, and then the process performance testing, scanning electron microscopy, crack resistance, such as abrasive wear test are carried on the rod. The effects of coat contents on hardness, welding technology, cracking resistance and abrasive ability are systemically studied in this paper. The result shows that the rod possesses fine welding technology performance, and improves the fusion efficiency, deposition efficiency and yield efficiency. The deposited metal has high hardness and well wear-resistant.
