摘要
研究了等离子渗Mo处理对Ti-46.5Al-1.0V-2.5Cr(原子分数)合金抗高温氧化性能的影响。结果表明,等离子渗Mo处理能显著提高TiAl基合金的抗高温氧化能力,归因于TiAl基合金经等离子渗Mo处理后在表面形成成分含Ti-Al-Mo的致密合金层,该致密合金层具有良好的抗高温氧化性能。
The effect of Mo surface alloying on the high-temperature oxidation resistance of Ti-46.5Al-1.0V-2.5Cr (A- tomic Percent) has been investigated. The experimental results show that the high-temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl based alloy can be improved apparently by Mo surface alloying, which is due to the formation of a compact Ti-Al-Mo alloyed layer in the surface of TiAI based alloy surface, and the alloyed layer is provided with favorable high temperature oxidation resistance.
