高氧化还原电位酸性水杀灭微生物效果及其稳定性的试验观察 被引量:32

摘要 高氧化还原电位酸性水的氧化还原电位>1100mV,pH值<27。经检测,该水对无有机物保护的细菌繁殖体与白色念珠菌作用1~5min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用20min,杀灭率均为100%。用于擦拭工作台面或浸泡阴道窥器1~2min,对自然菌的灭除率分别为8792%与7480%~8049%。放置室温下3d,该水氧化还原电位明显下降,但pH值无明显变化。 The acidic water with high redox potential has a redox potential of >1100 mV and a pH of <2 7 Germicidal test found that the water could kill 100% of bacterial vegetative forms unprotected by organic substance and Candida albicans in 1~5 min and 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger in 20 min When it was used for wiping the surface of working table or immersing the vaginoscope for 1~2 min, the killing rate of natural bacteria on these articles was 87 92% and 74 80%~80 49% respectively After it was kept at room temperature for 3 days, its redox potential decreased obviously, but the pH value did not change significantly
