Cr5Mo临氢高温工艺管道异质接头脆化机理分析

摘要 以某炼油厂重整装置5种不同工况的Cr5Mo工艺管道异质接头为对象,研究了不同操作温度对异质接头组织和性能的影响。综合论述了氢在钢中的行为、钢的回火脆和异种钢焊接接头熔合线增、脱碳层的形成等因素对异质接头性能的影响,对异质接头室温性能脆化机理进行了分析,并提出了保证Cr5Mo工艺管道安全运行的施工、操作和维护的合理建议。 The heterogeneous joints of Cr5 Mo processing pipelines, which served under five different operation conditions in reforming equipment, are taken as the objects to research the effects of different operation temperatures on the structures and characteristics. The brittleness principle of welding joints was analyzed after comprehensively considering the effects on the joints characteristics caused by the factors including the hydrogen behavior in steel, the temper brittleness and the formation of the carbon - increase/ reduce layers on the fusion line of welds. Some suggestions are put forward on the construction, operation and maintenance to ensure the safe operation of Cr5Mo processing pipelines.
