摘要
稳压器设备为核电站核岛主设备之一,其电加热元件与其连接件的焊接又是该设备制造工艺的难点,对核电用电加热元件及其连接件的作用、所选用材料、焊接接头的型式进行了介绍,通过焊接评定试验对其焊接规范参数进行研究总结,并成功进行产品焊缝的焊接。
Pressurizer is one of the primary equipments in nuclear island of nuclear power plant, it＇s electric heater and sleeve welding is the difficult point in manufacture technology. The paper makes a brief introduction to the electric heater and their connecting piece and sleeve material, to be adopted, together with welding joint. And sumaries the welding parameters through WPQ, and further practical product welding.
