摘要 经检测,隐形眼镜保存液细菌污染率高达922%。辐照度值为1200μW/cm2的紫外线对隐形眼镜镜片照射90s,可将其上自然菌与人工污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞完全杀灭。 Examination of the preserving solution for contact lens found that its bacterial contamination rate was as high as 92 2% Irradiation of the contact lens with 1200 μW/cm 2 ultraviolet rays for 90 sec could kill completely the natural bacteria and artificially contaminated spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger on it
